My Grandma loved making sandwiches for us all the time. It was a quick meal, and living in the Hot Southwest a blessing not to heat up the house cooking a meal. Sandwich making is still a tradition for us, and our family loves dressings on our sandwiches. No matter what type of sandwich, we always have a dressing on our sandwich. One of our favorites is Hellmann's Dressing.
